tumblr

C.

they do have feelings

Most girls dream about the perfect guy. A handsome, caring, non-selfish, sweet, adorable, funny guy. Sometimes they wish to have an Edward Cullen or even a Jacob Black. They mostly wish a guy that loves and appreciates them. However, most girls are too selective but they actually end up finding that “perfect guy” until somewhere along the way that “perfect” person breaks their heart. Makes us cry our hearts out and feel like trash. That initially “perfect” guy just broke us and made us lost hope. Made us more cold and arrogant people. Sometimes we even become bitches.

But, what a girl usually forgets after being dumped is that boys also have feelings. They know how to love and how does it feel but sometimes they just don’t know how to show it. Sometimes a boy gets hurt too.

A few months ago I was talking with my best friend (one of those perfect guys, and I mean it - he’s just amazing, one of the best guys I’ve ever met) and he was telling me about this girl he loved, how special she was for him. He told me all about her, how she made him feel, how “perfect” she was… He said “You know something Carole? I love her. With all my heart and soul. She is perfect for me and I can’t figure out why can’t I be perfect for her. We’d been together for 2 years, if we were still together this would be our 3rd. Without her I just lot my willingness to eat, drink, study, work, drawing and all the things that used to make me happy about. Everywhere I go I only see her face. She’s everywhere. I see her face, her hair, I smell her perfume… Gosh this hurts you know?! I love her so much and I don’t think she knows. Sometimes I just wish she heard one of our conversations and knew how I really feel about her” And a tear came out upon his face and at that moment I just thought “how stupid can this girl be?” He was deeply in love and she didn’t see it. She didn’t care. Boys can actually have good feelings and not be jerks. And on that day my heart just broke from seeing my very best friend like that. He deserves someone that cares for him, that appreciates him… But we don’t choose the person we love..!

Sometimes boys can be pigs, jerks and they can break our hearts and trash them but they’re like us. We can be Divas, bitches and cocky but we can also hurt them. We’re the same coin but different sides. We just need to open our eyes because sometimes what we are looking for are right next to us but we don’t even see it, we just walk away…

8611.) Everyone asks me if we are dating, I say that no, we are just friends, best friends. But they choose not to believe it because we seem like we are. And I have no idea what we are. At first yeah, we were friends. And I love being friends with you. And now people are putting silly ideas in my head, and I’m trying not to think about it, but they’re all getting through me. I think I’m developing a crush on you. And I don’t know if it’s a good thing or bad. I wish I just knew what you were feeling so I’d stop wondering if ‘us’ could ever be possible.
